Happy Leap Day!

I just answered a survey from an MS group I follow on Facebook.  What have you done to take a leap recently?  What do you plan to do to take a leap?

You all know about my journey with MS and yoga and the leaps I have taken to teach it.  Soon I may be taking on another class at a local rehabilitation hospital.  Tell me what you have done.  😀

It’s been a busy week and I am trying to figure out how to work in teaching more. I am going to take the next couple of months to see what more I can handle and maybe by summer I’ll be ready to take on more.  There is a Chair Yoga Class at a local gym that I happen to know will need an instructor this summer. 😀  I also am being considered for a lunch time yoga class at a local rehab hospital.  This I think would be a class offered to the staff.

Currently I take 3 classes a week myself and teach 2 private students. I will soon be training to learn a different form of yoga.  Check it out…Yin Yoga.  It moves very slowly you hold the poses for about 5 minutes and it’s very relaxing.  Just google it.

Sounds like I am busy doesn’t it?  Well I am and I love it!

I am still taking care of myself and listening to my body when I get tired.  I know of one or 2 of you out there that ask me about that rather frequently.  :O Don’t fret..I’m not pushing too much.

Today’s Gatha:

Resolving to practice moderation, I gently learn to let go of extremes.  Moderation is the only way to find true balance and the best way to live fully and with mindful awareness.

Namaste-
