where have you been?

Ooops…once again I didn’t realize it had been so long.  I have been working on getting back into my routine.  Back to regular yoga classes, back to taking quiet time out for me, back to taking my herbs, and I thought back to regular blogging!

Guess not so much huh?  You can say I fell off the wagon…the yoga wagon!!  My note to myself says back on yoga, back on herbs… back on me!!  Not that I wasn’t enjoying myself…I certainly was…I just need not let other things slip.  Our team for the MS Walk earned over $3000.00 and money is still coming in.  So proud of those efforts.  I made the whole 3 miles.  Was WAY tired at the end and my right leg was fading but I paced myself and I did it!!  I am learning it takes me much longer to recover these days and that I need to take time and let it happen.

Irregardless it’s been another busy week.  I taught a yoga class, practiced with 2 friends, took 2 group classes, had an MRI, went to 2 doctor appointments with my Husband, celebrated his birthday yesterday…..GOOD GRIEF!  I had to look at my calendar to see what I had been doing…did I say I was resting?  One thing that does pop up a lot an I sincerely believe helps, check out all the yoga!!

I’ll check my calendars and make sure I have reminders to blog every few days.  It helps me and I hope you enjoy reading my ramblings.  Oh! You can reach me now at www.msyogaandmylife.com.  I registered my domain name.  I’m official!  😀

Today’s Gatha:

Chasing the world brings chaos. Allowing it all to come to me brings peace.
