A new adventure!

Tonight I took my first official Yin Yoga training!  Love it!  More on Yin later.

The good news is I am feeling really good.  Tonight in class I was one of the most flexible ones there.  Granted yoga isn’t a competition but tonight to see I wasn’t the “yogi with MS” girl just another girl doing yoga felt really good!

I think the fact that I am feeling better is largely due to increasing and/or getting back to my yoga practice.  The physical aspect as well as the spiritual aspect are both so beneficial to me.

I am going to make tonight short…I didn’t want to miss my scheduled blog time.  Maybe I’ll check in tomorrow.

Today’s Gatha:

In achieving goals, I abandon useless states of mind.  I concentrate my efforts and use self-discipline to achieve the goal.  I do not waste energy on distractions.

Namaste,

Sarah
