NOT a busy day!

Seems like I was saying “busy day” a lot.  Well today was NOT a busy day. Dreary outside, not a pool day either.  Took it very easy.  Made some calls first thing this morning.  Granted first thing was around 9:30….but I marked tasks off the ever present list.  The next 2 days will be filled with yoga and other fun things to talk about.

One of the things you can look forward to hearing about is taking one of the 3 black cats to the vet.  The biggest task is getting her in the crate.  All of them hide when they see the blue box come out.  I have come up with a pretty good way to handle the process but with all animals you never know.  Look forward to hearing about THAT!  If I forget, please remind me.

Getting my classes ready for the end of the week.  At least 2 of them are ready.  I need to work on a chair sequence for Saturday.  That won’t be too tough.  I think I am getting the hang of this after almost a year!  That and as I get to know my classes and they know me, they tell me what they want.

Here’s hoping for some sunshine later in the week.  I think it’s predicted.  I miss my pool time now that it’s here.  I hope to be able to teach yoga there to the Moms who come to swim and dive team practice in the mornings.  School isn’t out here just yet.  I think we have another week.  I’ll keep you posted on how that unfolds too!

Like I said…not much going on today.  Catch up with ya’ll later.

Today’s Gatha:

Waiting is a practice of patience, I develop my ability to wait and to listen, going deep into stillness.  It is seeking without seeking.  Deep slow breaths help me practice waiting in the present moment.
