possibilities

So excited about my afternoon. Spent it with a dear friend learning about wheelchair yoga! Yes, I said WHEELCHAIR yoga.  I learned alot and was such a joy to hear my friend say things like “that feels so good”  and “I am sitting up straighter now” or ” my back feels so good!”  All of this from adapting basic yoga poses to something she can do from her wheelchair.  I rolled a yoga mat up and put it behind her back making her sit up straighter.  She said she was going to use it all the time to keep her from slumping.  It was a learning experience for me and a confirmation that I am doing what I am meant to do.

Now how do I promote myself, find more students and begin to contribute more financially to our home budget?  It took 50 years but I have found what I love to do and hope to spread that excitement all over town!!!

Ideas anyone?  I hope I will continue to share such accomplishments with you!

Today’s Gatha:

Ready to learn, I pose questions.  I pause and give myself time to find an answer. Learning is a great source of happiness.  To make a contribution to the world, I continue to learn.

Namaste,

Sarah
