Hello all, it’s been a while….

For those of you that follow me on Facebook, you know why….my Dad passed away 10 days ago.  It wasn’t UNexpected but certainly not really expected either.  We had recently been told the time was short but not immanent.  I made it through thanks to wonderful family and friends and Daddy is now back with my Mom and she is showing him around his new world and they are having a big time.

Life does go on and my life certainly is moving on in a busy way.  I am happy to report that yoga is filling up my schedule.  Right now my calendar has 2 free days each week and I see those filling up soon.  I am remembering to take care of myself and rest when I need to.

This weekend was the M.S. Walk and I made it almost 3 miles…too much line dancing and fun before we started the walk.  Had to stop and sit a couple of times, I could feel my right leg getting weak.  The happy surprise what that those short rest times and a little rest when I got home and I had the energy to teach a full day of yoga teacher training yesterday!  Will it catch up with me later?  Maybe…who knows?  Today is a catch up at home day and get some things caught up on the computer.  (ex: this blog)

Feeling really good about me and what life has ahead. Hope to share with you on a more regular basis as my life becomes busier and more exciting!!

Today’s Gatha:

I have arrived, I am home, in the here and now.  I am solid, I am free.  In the ultimate I dwell.  My mind can for a thousand directions.  Now I walk in peace.  Each step a warm breeze.  With each step a lotus blooms.

Namaste,

Sarah

I chose that gatha because the last 10 days have been very busy, today I am home, feeling peaceful and moving on in a wonderful direction.

When someone writes an article he/she maintains
the idea of a user in his/her mind that how a user can be aware of it.
Thus that’s why this paragraph is amazing. Thanks!
